Polar FT4F Heart Rate Monitor Watch

Polar FT4F Heart Rate Monitor Watch
The Polar FT4F is great for those who want something to monitor the progress of their training based on heart rate. It's easy to use and there's no need for complex programming or calibration.
You can calculate the number of calories burned in a single session while making sure you are staying within the desired intensity zone. It is able to automatically calculate your age-based target zone – and if you’re wondering what that is it’s 220 minus your age. It can define this limit as a percentage of your max heart rate or in beats per minute (BPM). The watch supports heartrate zone alarms which sound an audible alarm, and gives a visual warning, if you stray outside of your targeted heart rate.
All of this can be viewed during a training session by looking at the graphical target zone indicator on the watch.
It weighs only 33 grams and can display heart rate in beats per minute or as a percentage of your maximum heart rate. The Polar FT4F HeartRate Monitor prevents interference from other training computers by automatically locking the device to your own coded heart rate transmission. This removes the problem some other users have of getting their data mixed up with someone else who just happens to be running past at the time.
The FT4F has a user-replaceable battery and is water resistant up to 30 meters. It can display dual time-zones and has a low battery indicator.
If you want a simple, easy to use heart rate monitor thePolar FT4F looks great and will keep you motivated whether you're jogging outside or in the gym.
